They just now turned on the hose to fill the bottom pond, everything looks ready to start!!! The blotting of the rocks looked to be the final stage before turning it back on! Oops! Inspector didn't like the rocks, making them do it agian!! Really though, I think they're going to start it...

Here now, watching them work, if that's what you want to call it. One man has a towel, and bucket walking the stream, tap, tap, blot each rock, ring out towel and then move to next. Or you have one supervisor with a clipboard and a piece of paper he keeps flipping. Absolutely zero work actually...
