usually when you are renting a home, you need a car. Not sure about this new development, But renting a house is generally much cheaper anyway. We've rented multiple times. Its great. Everyone can get their own room, pool, kitchen etc..

I don't think its worth walking around Atlantis. You don't have access to everything. If you want to splurge the Dolphins are awesome! And although not at Atlantis, my kids & I loved the sting rays at castaway Cay.

we've never gotten a Cabana.. kinda pricey, and have never had a problem with umbrellas.. there are so many and so close you would be ok if you don't end up with one.
