I'm in the same boat. It's my mom's bday that day and I'm taking her to celebrate. I'm local, so will be driving in and am concerned about parking. Do we get there at park opening and battle everything....Will there be parking in the MF garage or will it be full? Or should we arrive around...

I've noticed there is still availability at both DL and GC hotels. Kind of surprised they are not booked? Might that not indicate fewer out of Towners? Can someone explain tier closing?

Yes, I've been at Christmastime nearly every year, but never on Christmas Day. I thought maybe there might be special things happening just on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day. I seem to recall something about a "kiss goodnight"? Do they still do that?
