I've never had a problem with MCO Airport (baggage claim) or MDE at that time. Nobody / travellers at the airport making it so easy to get your luggage and proceed to MDE. Everytime I went, the MDE was outside waiting and you're at your resort in no time. Why pay for a Cab when you really don't...

Having been to both, and both being my personal favs in their own categories (Pop being my fav Value, CSR fav Moderate), if money isn't an issue, CSR. But if I your option is 1 room CSR vs 2 room POP, i'd choose POP for the group. But if you're comparing 2 rooms vs 2 rooms, CSR hands down.

If POR has free dining, that alone is worth the $600 IMO (and of course queen beds).

We use it everytime we go to Disney. Excellent service. Always on time. They leave everything with bell service, so make sure you call BS to advise them you're expecting groceries.

I've been to CSR during while they were having conventions, and it didn't bother me one bit. The resort is so huge, that you'll run into someone wearing a suit only a handful of times during your stay. I wouldn't scratch it out my my list because of the convention thing. It's a beautiful...

If you're up for saving money, and want to stay for 2 weeks, Why not do a split stay. Say, 4-5 days at a Value (AOA or POP), go on your cruise (Disney will pick you up at your resort, and return you to the next), and finish off at a moderate like CSR, POFQ or CBR. This way you get to enjoy all...

Free Dining at either CBR or CSR. Even though it's shortened by a day, sometimes you're able to get early morning flight for your arrival, and later departure time. Love Free Dining , It's a Must :)

The website has been like this for a few months. You'd think a multi billion dollar company would be able to have a decent website. It's frustrating as I am now a Disney regular, and I can't really have full access of the website without it going glitchy.

Use Internet Explorer. Disney + Chrome = Errors. :)

Having stayed at both Moderate , I tried POP as well. I loved it so much, I returned this year. You won't regret. Beds are actually quite comfortable. Try and stay at 50's, as you will be next to the "quiet" bowling pool. Amazing place for the price. I say go for it, and Enjoy Disney :)...

I'm almost sure that it holds a gallon in the door. (From what I remember)... For sure, it will fit it on its side. I'll let you know in a week when I'm there, since I've ordered some Groceries that include gallons of milk :) I wouldn't worry though.

When I said Agent, I meant booking online. Try calling to change or add a request after the fact.... Fun I'm sure the 1 on 1 experience in person is completely different.

From my personal experience, I've booked with Agents and Disney directly. The only CON booking via an agent, is anytime you wish to add a request, or modify anything, you have to go through them. Example, I wanted to request connecting rooms after booking via the agent, and I tried calling...

I was in the same dilemma a few months ago when booking for 4 of us. I decided to go with two rooms at POP vs. 1 AOA Suite because it would give us 4 REAL beds, as oppose to 1 bed. Requested Connecting, so having that door between the rooms will be just like having a suite.

I'm with Deakam, If your friends are staying at a value, be a friend and hang out at that same resort. Values are fine, and offer the "disney" feel. If you want a sit down meal, just go DTD. Go and spend time with your friends :)
