    5th Park inevitable ?

I think they considered building a Star Wars themed park, but decided to test what demand is first with Galaxy's Edge. And to see how popular the new movies were. (Uh-oh) That is why they went with the Galaxy's Edge concept. Hollywood Studios just has an outpost. The rest of the Star Wars...

    Where did the ring go?

Well, here's some confirmation that the ring and Mr.Toad are indeed gone. http://www.doctordisney.com/2014/05/22/things-missing-haunted-mansion-magic-kingdom/ I bet both were stolen.

    Animal Kingdom

Its a really good program for kids that age. You can do it at your own pace over multiple days. This is a good article on it: http://wdwnt.com/2013/06/review-wilderness-explorers-game-opens-at-animal-kingdom/

    Hoop-De-Doo Musical Revue?

We've been to Hoop Dee Doo 5 times in the last 10 years. Show is always the same. I find myself still genuinely laughing at the same exact jokes. Its the actors, the presentation, the atmosphere, the free beer... that makes it fun over and over again.

    AK- "hidden" trail and others

So I heard that AK is the only park with doors on the restrooms, evidently to serve as a shelter in case an animal escapes. Anyone know if that is true, or if its just a good story.

    Ohana disappointment

They could serve PBJ and grilled cheese for $50, and I'd still go. So long as they keep the bread pudding, of course.

    Tortuga Tavern

I don't understand why its only open seasonally. Pecos Bills gets really crowded, even in value season. They could use another restaurant in that area.

Did Anyone Actually Save Money Using the Dining Plan?

The DDP is a cheaper way to eat expensively. It gets you dinner shows, character meals, steaks and even pricey starbucks drinks for a bit less each day than you would otherwise pay. But you can eat relatively well in WDW for less then the cost of the DP.

Help me with my 1/2 day AK touring plan!!

The kids are allowed to ride again with the child swap. So my advice is to let them ride with the first adult using fastpass, then let them get right back on with the second adult that was watching the 2 year old. It works out to back to back rides with no waiting for the big kids. Might...

    The HUGE Planning Resources Thread!

We used this site quite a bit in planning our last trip: http://www.wdwvacationhub.com/ Tons of good links. Pulled this site up several times on my phone while in WDW to lookup info.

    Tusker House Best Breakfast Time

We rode the safari before our 10am Tusker reservation. No trouble at all. Got in at park opening and walked right to it, had a 10 min wait. It also helps the kids sit through breakfast a bit easier, if they just rode something really fun.

    Would you do a studio?

We just stayed in an AKL studio with 3 kids. Didn't feel cramped at all. The crib fit will between the bed and the fold out sofa. The extra space in the bathroom/wetbar area really helps make the room feel bigger. Not to mention the balcony.

Is it just me or does it seem the parks arexpacked?

The crowds were definitely larger in September. And it was mainly due from people coming in from all over Europe. I heard Italian, French, German, Russian, etc. Talked to quite a few Brits too. I also talked to a few CMs while we were there. They were surprised at the crowd levels and...

Is it just me or does it seem the parks arexpacked?

We're in WDW right now. It is busier then usual for September. We had Dumbo all to ourselves for about an hour in the morning, so I wouldn't say its crowded, per se, but there have been long lines midday and the restaurants are far busier then usual for Sept. WDW always gets a lot of...

Hoop Dee Doo for young kids?

Our 3 year old boy howled at nearly everything that "Six Bits' said. Talked about it for months afterwards. Plus its good food for kids and they can be a bit noisy too.

I've always wanted to do Chefs de France, but something else at Epcot always nudges it out.

My experience with in room babysitting

Thanks for posting your positive experience. We've discussed babysitters before and always felt uneasy about it. If we knew for sure we could have your experience, it would be a different story.

    Starbucks on Dining Plan?

Yep, the drinks count as snacks on the DP. I'll be using them as snacks everyday we're in MK and Epcot, so long as the line isn't too long. I wish the breakfast sandwiches were snacks, but they're too expensive.
