I like the West Wing best (though crowded, as others have mentioned), but the Rose/Music Box room is a good alternative if looking for a quieter place to dine.

If you call Disney, they can usually adjust the price of your reservation, based on the current details. They'll also work to save your dining, though I'm not 100% that it's possible -- it's best to call them and ask.
