Customer Service was not able to help me. I just went in to the reservation system, selected the people in my group, and chose Hollywood Studios. It will tell you there are no reservations, but keep going back to the park choice page and keep trying. I found an opening for the day I wanted after...

The bananas are only on the top. They are amazing. They have crystalized sugar on top. The same texture/flavor as the top of creme brulee.

We were rained out on Tuesday night. They let us use our dining pass for any JB show within 5 days. We went the following night to the 10:30pm show. It wasn't suppose to rain that night. The weather changed the morning of our Animal Kingdom day! So, I would keep the reservation for the day...
