Last time I was there (last december) they were strict. People who were in advance regarding their slot cards were politely (but clearly) invited to come back at the good hour.

I think for UK residents, the dates/prices will be available in May 2014... It depends on your country because, for French residents, the dates/prices and bookings for Xmas 2013 are just available since july...

I would just precise that in this configuration, you will have to pay an extra-charge "single person" for booking the room (and even if you add the other adult after with its AP, you'll have to pay)... sometimes it is not so interesting compared to the price for a room with two adults.

It depends on which hotel you are talking about... For SQL and NPBC, they are given in priority for suites guests. For SQL, these cards have permitted to switch the queue for breakfast, but now all suites residents belong to GFC private breakfast so I do not know if these passes exist...
