    Travel agent or DIY

If your little one is tall enough the Cares harness is great. I don't think any of our car seats will cut it on American domestic flights since they aren't FAA marked.

    Animal kingdom Night Safaris

We walked on just before park close in October and were the only ones in the loading area. We actually saw plenty of animals and one of the people in our group was super keen on seeing the hyenas which weren't out during our morning safari. She was stoked they were out on the night ride. The...

    Barnstormer for a 2-year old

My little guy was just shy of 2 when he first rode it (he's a monster) and loved it, asked to go back on again. Then when he rode it at 3 he wasn't as huge a fan and claimed it was too fast. We knew not to go near the other coasters then despite him being tall enough for most of them.

Silly Question about buying tickets at the Gate

You can definitely buy your tickets the day before you plan on using them. I don't think PhotoPass is discounted any more for pre-purchase at Disneyland so that shouldn't matter. ETA: you'll just need to tell them which day you're using it in case it costs more/less than the day you're buying.

    Matching at shirts! Aussie style!

I've made some before with the Aussie flag in a Mickey head and the text G'Day Mate written above it. I have no idea where the file is now but it's not too difficult to do.

    PrePaid data SIMs

We purchased ours from Usaprepaidsimcard which is an Australian business. I believe they have an express post option.

Does anyone in Australia go to WDW every year!

I'm averaging one a year since our first visit in 2007 but some years we skipped and then went twice in others to make up for it.

Disney Store - International Credit Card Issues - Unboxing D23 Gift

I have had this issue since early this year when renewing my D23 membership and twice since with orders made to ship to my resorts. I tried paying with a Visa debit first of all to no avail, my travel card which was a new card to be added didn't work either. However, my Amex that was already...

    Flight Question

Delta should be able to check the luggage the whole way home, so that will save you time. I just like to err on the side of caution in case of delays leaving Orlando since you'll still need to check in for the flight at LAX at least 90 minutes before departure. I'm sure everything will be fine...

    Flight Question

Direct flights from Orlando tend to leave early in the morning or during the afternoon. I wouldn't arrive at 8:20pm. You'll need to collect your luggage and switch terminals with enough time to check in for the flight home. If you miss that check in you'll be out of pocket to change to the...

    HK Disneyland or Tokyo Disneyland

From what you've just said I think Hong Kong would work. If you can spring for the Kingdom Club at Disneyland Hotel then you'll be able to just enjoy some down time there instead of being in the park the whole time. I'd only attempt Tokyo if it would be mid-week, weekends are too crazy there. I...

Pop - The Worst Resort I Have Been To @ WDW

Terms and conditions state check in can be delayed an hour or two, so it's possible that rooms aren't available at 3pm. "Check–in time is generally between 3 and 4 p.m. (some hotels have check–in after 4 p.m.), and check–out time is usually between 11 a.m. and 12 noon. During peak periods...

Sending parcels ahead of time to hotels?

I don't think they will return them. I had something sent to the Contemporary that arrived without my name on it as the label had come off and they kept it. Thankfully I had a record of the tracking number as that's the only way they could locate it.

Best way to get from EPCOT to Mickey's BBQ

Could you also get the bus from WL to Fort Wilderness settlement bus stop, since you'd already be at the bus stop? We found these came regularly when we stayed at WL, probably more often than any other bus.

Split stay and linking ticket to two different reservations

I think with split stays you'll only be able to make ADRs for the length of the first stay at 180 days out and then you'll need to wait until 180 days out from the second reservation to make ADRs for the remainder of the trip. That's how I understand it any way. Not really related to tickets but...

    Height Requirement / Age question

I had an issue last year where my infant kept dropping off the reservation in MDE each time I modified it (including payment). I had to ring the IT department to have him added back on, reservations couldn't help as he was listed on the reservation already.

    Flying delta to Orlando?

I love flying with Delta purely for the arrival in LAX. No terminal change required and almost nobody at immigration. Last time we flew with them it was 40 mins from the plane landing until we were at our next gate. I've waited longer than that for my bags after clearing immigration in Tom...
