Oh, no! I think I want to cry for you :(

Question, I booked two new rooms since I could not get through on the phone. On my original reservation, I had already paid quite a bit more than my deposit. Once I call the cancel the first reservation, will they be able to apply what I had already paid to my new reservation?

That is what I did. I was too worried that by the time I got through, nothing would be available. Now I just hope they can apply what I have already paid towards my new reservation....????

I called first thing this morning and was able to get through right away, but they could not locate my reservation. After being on hold 20 minutes I was told to call back :( I am considering booking two new rooms online and canceling my existing reservation. If I do that, will anything happen...

ugh!!! I got through right away but the CM was having difficulties pulling up my reservation and had to transfer me....now on hold! Are you kidding me?!? :mad:

Ahhh!! We are a group of 6, so we booked at AoA, and we don't want to stay at ASMu family suite again. Assuming POR will fill quickly, so I guess 2 rooms at another moderate it is! What are everyone's opinions on Caribbean Beach?

I was able to snag an ADR for BOG for our trip in October. Excited to try it, but from everything I've read so far, lunch seems to be getting better reviews...wondering if we should keep our ressie or eat elsewhere and just eat at BOG for lunch??
