We have rented the Royal Asante Suite at Animal Kingdom. We are having Maggiano's cater it. They will deliver. We are providing our own beer and wine. This way folks can hang all night. There is great outside space overlooking the animals and plenty of seating inside. We have @40 people.

I am using a theme song from a tv show for the bride march (paying homage to my dad.) I am planning on having Rainbow Connection for the MOG and groom/best man. Still undecided on MOH. Also, planning on music from Brave for seating-I like Celtic music.

I have been talking with an outside vendor--their prices for 7-8 hours are coming in between $2200-$3000. I think that is a pretty standard price. I would not want to roll the dice with who I could get with Disney--and I think their packages start around $3000.
