If you are staying in the downtown area of Vancouver or just want to walk straight to the ship - take the Canada Line from Vancouver airport to Waterfront station. It should cost you around $15 for a family of 4 and it's (IMO) the easiest and quickest way to go from the airport to the port/downtown.
