I was able to change a FP+ time to use it immediately. Granted it was for Haunted Mansion but it had a 30 minute wait. We were leaving the park right after (the kids wanted to swim) so I switched the FP+ I did have for Peter Pan to HM and then changed the time to be able to ride right away.

It may work but you will probably have to go to guest services at which ever park you go to first to get a ticket. I just went through this yesterday. You can read about my experience about 2 posts above this one.

Wait until you are a lot closer. We got a pretty good price on our tickets for next week back in July. Some of the cheaper airlines don't even have fares for June available yet. Just give it time, they should come down.

As long as your flight arrives prior to 10pm, they will deliver your bags to you. Put the tags on and enjoy skipping that part of the process of flying.

Gosh, the more I sit and think about it the more rides I am realizing we probably won't get to ride. What about Space Mountain? My kids are both over 44" but the seats are all individual so they will in theory be sitting alone while we are all in the same car. Is that an exception?
