Thank you so much for your insights. They were so helpful. We are going as part of our honeymoon next month and, like a previous poster said, will just have to try to make the best of it despite the closures :) Either way it will be a great experience to see a new park!

So excited to see some other December 2017-ers here! We've never been during Christmas before so I can't wait for all the holiday decorations and cheer (though not as excited about the crowds). Usually it's just me and my fiance but this year we're trying to make it a family trip.

Those all sound like great options! Have you eaten at Artist Point? We want to do at least one signature on our next trip, but we're torn between Artist Point and Yachtsman Steakhouse. We've heard good things about both, but haven't eaten at either!

My boyfriend and I were JUST talking about doing this the other day -- we're going to do some research on trusted amazon sellers and buy a starter set from there that we can trade in the parks. Usually the only ones I actually pay for on the Disney site are the ones that I like too much to trade...

I priced mine from Aug. 3 to Aug. 15 2014 in a LM room at AoA, and it actually seemed feasible!!! Now I'm itching to book but am waiting for a new credit card to arrive... :rotfl: I hope everyone else had good luck!!
