Cayman is one of the safest islands in the Carribbean in my opinion, maybe I am biased I lived there for 12 years LOL. Just like anywhere don't leave anything valuable lying around while you go for a walk on the beach. Royal Palms is a great location on 7 mile beach so I hope you enjoy your time...

Good choice to do the Turtle farm. I lived in the Cayman Islands for 12 years. No city there to tour lol. You could take the bus, it is very safe. The town is only a few small blocks so you would have time to wander around there too.
