Disney floral and gifts was operating in December, we ordered a Christmas floral and a 6 foot Nightmare Before Christmas Balloon, both arrived on time to the room and they were beautiful. It is a great way to send a surprise to a friend or family member who is on vacation.

We always purchase distilled water at the gift shop, husband needs it for him c-pap machine. It's nice not to worry about ordering it for delivery

We wanted to get the trail mix last week and could not find it anywhere along with a few other items. The manager at the Goofys Candy in Disney Springs said the plant that makes them is closed due to covid19 and the products will return when the company is allowed to open.

We just returned today and did the Cookie Stroll last Sunday morning. We enjoyed all of the cookies and found that they were fresh and flavorful. Maybe you went late in the day and some had set out too long uncovered. Sorry for your disappointment but we enjoyed them.

We were planning on doing the Backstage Magic tour the week after Thanksgiving this year, I believe the last time we took the tour we went after Thanksgiving. A friend is telling me it is no longer offered during the holidays. Does anyone know if this is true? Thank you

We have used the Disney Florist and Gifts many times. We love the service they provide. The delivery fee has always been 10 dollars to the resorts.

You will find a area that is set up for wheelchair users and ECV's to park for a great view of the fireworks on the first deck. You will also find two dessert stations on the lower deck, one forward and one in the back as you board the ship. Everyone will have a great view and have a great time...

We have done this tour twice in the past, we love it and will be doing it again next year. Just so you know they do have a locker room. You change into a swimsuit and then into a wet suit. After the swim you have a private changing room with a shower attached off of the main large locker room...
