Soarin is my fav ride in all of WDW, and we are missing the opening by a week! We will be there June 2-8 and just missed it! Like you, I cannot afford to turn around and dish out more money for a trip this year. So upset that we are missing it!

We always do this. We are staying at the Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista. We have stayed there before. Get to check in early and I believe they have free breakfast. Very nice. You will be safe.

All the rooms are off the beaten path and have never had a problem with noise. The quiet pool is great and hardly ever crowded.
