Haven't received our refund for the 9/13 party. I am checking daily. I, too, wish Disney would have let us upgrade to a day ticket. We are only going for a couple of days (for the party specifically) and now only have one ticket. Hopefully tickets will open up again AND we get our refund.

Hope this helps!
It's a total discounted package that includes hotel, tickets and dining. It's not as crazy as the Free Dining discount, but the savings is good. It usually runs through March/April, so your other dates may fit in here, too.
We've been on many early February trips there and have found it to be our favorite time of year to go. The crowds aren't that bad and Walt Disney World usually offers their Stay, Play & Dine package which makes it a very cost-effective time to go, too. The weather is nice ... meaning not too...
You had me at Yak & Yeti. We haven't been to this restaurant in a few years, but loved it. Try the Fried Wontons for dessert ... pineapple, cream cheese and ice cream. Seriously delicious. Tusker House is a great one, too and the kids will probably love it. I enjoyed our interactions with Safari...
You will love the Poly and Ohana! I wouldn't worry about the freshness of the food. It is family style, not buffet, so the food is fresh for every table. Plus, I've seen them make reservations as late as 9:50 pm, so you should be fine.
Head for the beach for the fireworks. The Poly is directly...
Was able to switch my 4-night POR River View reservation for 4 adults to CSR Standard and gained a DDP (upgraded), an extra park day, park hoppers and $100 (which will now go to parking). All in all, not a bad deal. For those still trying ... the website will eventually let you in. Don't lose...
I have considered all of these options and am now looking at a "bottom line" number with each scenario. I am comparing my BB package with adding DDP to many mock bookings now of what the FD deal is rumored to be. My angst comes from the fact that I already have a discounted package ... so, it's...
If the FD offer is available for your resort and dates, you would get the free dining for the entire length of stay for everyone in your room. Once the offer drops, which now looks like tomorrow, you could either modify your existing reservation online (if you have a Change Reservation button)...
For us, I am comparing an already discounted reservation that I have booked for 4 adults for 4 nights. Also, the reservation is POR River View ... which at rack rate is substantially higher in price than Standard or Garden View, making it close to the lower priced Standards at AKL. The...
I was just looking at that, too. We are booked on a bounce back from last November ... doesn't include free dining, but the deal was good for Port Orleans Riverside. After all the upgrades I would have to do (PHoppers and DDP) I will be looking for a Standard at Animal Kingdom Lodge for roughly...
Each family scenario is different and depends on a few factors. For example, we are also booked at Port Orleans Riverside. I booked a BB last fall and received a RO discount for a four night stay in December for four adults. I would love free dining, but to modify my reservation would mean that...
I flew home from WDW on Southwest in November with a banshee in its box. The box fits easily in the overhead compartment of the plane. My favorite part, though, was putting the box through TSA ... they stopped it in the X-ray and two agents stared at it until one of them started laughing and let...
