i just reserved a cabana at castaway cay, newbie question do i pay for the cabana once i get on the ship ?

yeah I just hope they don't go too far we will have to see in the coming months what they plan to do in each resort, Especially the campground.

do i really need to take my birth certificate or could i just take my passport id card i am going on a 3 day disney magic cruise. Never been on a cruise before so i'm trying to make sure i go prepared when i get to the port.
