My DS used his disney Giftcard at Lego store last summer in DTD.But things change I would call and ask if they are still excepting them :)

We always fly jetblue .we have never been asked for ID for our kids the only thing they have done is ask each child what their name is when going through security. For checking the bags you just need the adults Ids and the boarding passes for them and the kids just the boarding passes
