Good luck! We're 2 weeks in on our SSR at 59.5 and I'm a little nervous with the recent price hikes. But we have a semi stripped that can't close until August contract, so I can't imagine the mouse wants it.

I've got a contract at rofr right now for 59.50 so you're posts here are giving me hope! :) But it does look like prices have jumped up a bit in the past few months.
