Is the only way to get from POR-Riverside to WDW Swan Hotel by taking the boat to DTD and then the shuttle bus to the Swan Hotel? Is there a better way? And if not, how long does it take to get there? I'm debating about doing a dinner at the Swan..... I really don't want to be dragging 2...

I have the same worry about being able to get us all out in the am, and there are only 2 kids and my HB! LOL. We can often do it, but it's a gong show. I'm hoping that since we don't have to worry about breakfast, we can just get up and go....
