This is pretty much what we decided. When I shared everything I've learned here with my husband his response was "Okay, how many do we just need to buy?" So maybe when the market changes we'll sell some but for now that definitely doesn't seem like the right thing to do!

Actually I didn't know that you couldn't use resale at Riv. I thought it was just if you bought resale at Riv it could only be used there. That changes everything...especially if it's not the time to sell. Thank you!
