Reusable mugs in the parks for ice water?

Sorry, I was thinking the disposable cups were plastic (it's been a few years) . For the OP, I like to bring a stainless steel bottle in the parks with me. Mine has a carabiner so I can clip it to my bag. That doesn't help with a drink refill at the resort though.

Reusable mugs in the parks for ice water?

Only about 9% of plastic is actually recycled. Just because you throw something into the recycle bin does not mean that it is getting recycled. A lot still ends up in land fills (and China and other countries no longer want our trash, so it's ending up here in the US now) , in the ocean or...

    Resume paper?

The best (and funniest) job and interview resource, Ask a Manager blog, just answered a question about this and said not necessary, but if it makes you feel better, it doesn't hurt either.

Solo Travelers...How do you afford Disney?

Hotel price is the one thing holding me back from making a solo trip so far. I'm used to staying with family at Shades, where we split the cost making it very very affordable. The thought of a large chunk of vacation budget going to a room that I'll only sleep and shower in just irks me LOL...

Professional make up sessions - recommendations

Sephora, as well as counters at departments stores will do this. Let them know ahead of time, she's looking to learn, not just wanting a makeover (which is what a lot of people usually want, so you don't want to them to skip the teaching part). Also go in being able to mention a few specific...

    Primanti brothers

I didn't know that, that's kinda neat. But it would suck if you fell in love with the bread at another location LOL. I've never eaten at the Strip location, do they use Mancini's?

language or a food thats distinctive to your area

I haven't read all the posts, so these may have already been mentioned. French fries on salads (and sandwiches). Also pierogies. Tons and tons and tons of pierogies. I know they aren't exclusive to the Pittsburgh area, but Pittsburghers eat 11x more pierogies annually than the national...

Anyone ever been to Hershey Park?

Hershey Park is great :) I love it because there are trees, greenery, and plants vs a park like Cedar Point that is all concrete. Its a very nice looking park. Though it is quite hilly if anyone in your family has a hard time getting around. A good mixture of rides as someone else stated...

16 Day Spring Break! I'm An Adult, I Do What I Want ;) *Update 8/17 Complete!

I love reading your posts! I usually don't like reading too many reviews/reports, but you have just the right amount of writing to go along with your pictures :) Seems like a fun trip, lots of movies, drinking and food, right up my alley.

Talk to me about San Angel Inn in Epcot.

I think you'll be pleased with your meal there :) I know it has it's detractors but I love dining there! I had the Tostadas upon seeing so many people that they had to be ordered and they were great. Most of my family had the Pollo a las Rajas, which you can get with a plain rice version if I...

HONEST detailed account of Solo Trip

    baby rabbits ?

Once the white spot on their forehead is gone or almost gone, they are old enough to be out on their own :) 12 weeks is way past them being able to live on their own, so it sounds like they will be fine :)

CMs unable to provide physical assistance to disabled

Somewhere (either here, or in a book) I read that they might not like to completely stop walkways because when rides are stopped, people in vehicles may get out. For those of us with common sense, this makes no sense. But just within the last few days, Splash Mountain was shut down due to this...

Don't See Ride photos with Memory Maker Share

Just came back from our trip this week... The first CM that we dealt with that activated our Military Salute tickets told us that only the MB of the MM owner would automatically pick up ride photos. We then asked at Guest Relations in MK and the CM there went in, did a few clicks and said that...

    Just Back…Thoughts

The SOG bus leaving only 30 minutes prior to park opening worried me as well (there this past week as well), but it didn't end up being a problem for us (we didn't do the Frozen Dash or wanting to see MK Opening show, so we didn't need to be at the front of the group). All our SOG buses left...
