DHS - Starring Rolls
AK - Flame Tree, Yak & Yeti
MK - Columbia Harbor House, Pecos Bills
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons, La Kringla
Disney Springs - Earl of Sandwich
I can always find something good at any resort's food court as well.
I agree with Sunshine Seasons. I also like La Kringla Bakery at Norway. They have good sandwiches. My family also likes The CS at Mexico and the Tangerine Café at Morocco, although I'm not a fan of either one.
MK- Columbia Harbor House for fish. Snack- Chocolate covered pineapple from Storybook Circus
DHS-Starring Rolls, ham sandwich.
Epcot- Sunshine Seasons for Pork Chop Dinner or La Kringla for the Ham and Apple sandwich. Snack- Strawberry Shortcake from Sunshine Seasons.
AK- Flame Tree Barbeque or...
I would suggest Starring Rolls Café at DHS. The sandwiches are quite big. For lunch though because they close early. Columbia Harbor House at MK and share the fish or fish and chicken combo. At Epcot I would try Sunshine Seasons or La Kringla at Norway, they have sharable sandwiches and great...
MK- Columbia Harbor House or Cosmic Rays
AK- Flame Tree or Yak and Yeti CS
Epcot- Sunshine Seasons or La Kringla (apple and ham sandwich), Yorkshire Fish.
HS- Starring Rolls or Pizza Planet
Disney Springs- Wolfgang Puck or Earl of Sandwich
Starring Rolls is probably the best. For variety Fairfaxe Fair, Catalina Eddies and Rosies All American are all next to one another, and have different choices. The Burgers are pretty much the same no matter what CS you go to in any park. We also like Pizza Planet.
I have never had breakfast in any of the parks, but for lunch or dinner at each I would suggest:

Epcot- Sunshine Season's or Kringla Bakery at Norway.
