Do you know if the photopass is a photo pkg you have to purchase, or just like any other photopass photo?

It looks like we are going around the same time. From everything I have seen about MK on Columbus Day, it is historically not a busy day. Actually touring plans and other sites have it as the most recommended park for that particular Monday. Of course, they all state that this could change...
