    Hope all went well. I loved touring Roger Williams with both my daughters, and was disappointed neither ended up there....excellent programs with lots of choices: if the student has a change of heart he/she doesn't necessarily have to change schools. Best wishes!!!

    915/1000 Today I went to the beach and relaxed for most of the day, but did do some boogie boarding for 30 minutes. It was in Maine- the water was 57 degrees:) Managed to get a 60 minute workout in when I got home. Great day! Hope everyone has a good weekend-workday for me tomorrow. Bug

    825/1000 Tough to focus with the hockey game on. 35 minutes cardio between treadmill and elliptical with intervals on both. The rest was strength training in between the cardio. As a Sopranos fan was sad to see James Gandolphini go.

    Sore as heck from yesterday's new workout for the week, but felt good once I got warmed up so went for 65 minutes total. 10 minute warmup on treadmill; 15 minutes strength with weights, which is less time than usual but I just couldn't do as many reps and/or sets depending on the exercise...
