Some sellers will negotiate on dues - but I agree it is usually easier to negotiate on price point. That said, everything is negotiable.

I wouldn't read too much into this. They changed one phrase on the calendar which is pretty minor. Though I agree that I don't know what they are waiting for to roll out the reservation system.
