Just found out we passed 3/3/15!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We made an offer on Monday 2/2/15. Offer was accepted and we signed and returned the contracts yesterday. Our agent told us to expect 90 days since it is very busy right now. He processed 40 contracts alone on Monday!

$70-$15,716-200-OKW-March-0/'13, 200/'14, 200/'15, 200/'16-sent 2/3 This is our first DVC purchase. Excited about many more trips to WDW with the grandkids, and maybe the occasional little adult getaway to events like the Food and Wine Exhibit!

We LOVE OKW because we think it has the largest trooms of all the DVC villas. We always have a car so we do not mind being spread out. If no car, request close to the HH.

We usually stay at a villa, but our 1 club level stay was at the yacht club. Really enjoyed the extra amenities. I would bet that the concierge/club level is pretty comparable at all Disney deluxes.

Thanks so much guys. We have always turned right ( go figure?) so we did not see the Winn Dixie. I will look for the Publix. We always seem to miss it.:wave2:

I am new to the board and wonder what grocery stores are close to OKW. I avoid Goodings if at ll possible because it is so pricey. Last couple of trips we went to the Walmart Supercenter, but was looking for an alternative. Thanks in advance.
