We will be boarding our cruise on my husband's (50th!) birthday and it also happens to be Valentine's Day. We do have a palo res for dinner that night, but wonder what else I could do to make the day special?

I wasn't a fan of the specialty coffees at cove cafe...not well brewed. The basic coffee in the dining areas was ok, not strong enough for me. We brought Via packets to improve things

We currently have a beach excursion planned for our feb stop in at Maarten, but it seems like we might want to just do that on our own. What is a good beach to go to, easy to get to from ship, and for kids (6&10)...or is it better to stick to the excursion. Not sure there's much else we'd want...

My son will be 10.5 when we go on the fantasy. I think he enjoyed the kids clubs last year but wondering if he'd be allowed to check out the Edge, or are they strict with the age limits?

Ok, sounds doable....I know we were on the road quite early at our last disembark. Unfortunately our flight leaves mega-early Sunday (7am!!)...headed back to CA, so I think we can only do 1 day....would it be worth staying onsite and checking in 1st so we can get the express pass or go directly...
