Double strength coffee is the Starbucks secret. I am also addicted. You can buy their syrup too if that is part of what makes it good to you. We use a toddy cold brew system at home and it gets dang close to Starbucks. DH likes it better.

Oh, and we won't be staying together in the parks. That sounds like a nightmare! We will split up most of the day and get back together for some meals. The days we get kids meals or take in subway we may or may not even have lunch together.

Good point on the condo items! I will ask the owners. I may add in a dinner or two at the condo. It's really only 4 chicken nuggets meals though spread out over 10 days. Not what I would normally eat, but not ridiculous for this particular situation.

No publix here. :( We are going in summer. July to be exact! Giftcardgranny is a great idea! The 14 and 16 yr old are at my house fairly regularly and order 6 nuggets at both chick fil a and McDonald's. I'm pretty sure they don't eat out much unless they are with me so I guess that is their norm.

I wasn't sure how much sales tax was in orlando so I just guessed super high. Better too much than too little. I guess steak and shake is the only place where we will tip. I just wanted to put that I had figured in tips when they apply.

The kids will have the opportunity to do some chores for grandma to earn money for sweet treats or souvenirs. They will just have to budget their own extra money. We can't afford to buy 12 sundaes every day. :)

Yogurt and cheese are good ideas. They will help keep people full. I'll add them to my list. I think I'll add a $100 just in case fund and just put in that extra $100 myself.
