You are correct - wasn't thinking about 'Ohana and an ADR when I answered. We usually go to the Poly for Trader Sam's so no ADR there and I have read reports of people getting turned away at the guard gate so just to be safe we use a taxi.

We usually do Taxi or Minnie Van(but that one is a little pricey lately). I have heard stories of Uber drivers being turned away at the MK/Epcot resorts so when traveling to one of those resorts, we tend to stay away from Uber.

Abracadabar is really just a small bar but a great atmosphere if you are staying near the Boardwalk. No special affects with the drinks but I love the Parlor Trick. Jellyrolls opens at 7 and the piano players come on at 8pm - fun starts then and continues until they close. You didn't mention it...

My guess would be that even though you do not need a park reservation as soon as you tap into a park you will not be able to park hop to another park until 2pm - unless Disney changes the park hopping rules. This is just a guess and who knows what Disney will do with the park hopping rules in...

Anyone have any experience with the new reservation rules and showing up with less people on than on the reservation. Just wondering if this is considered "modifying"? I know in the past if we had a reservation for 6 but only showed up with 4 it wasn't a problem. Try not to do this too often...

Totally agree on the signs and I did let them know that. I think it is fairly easy to drive on property but you do have to know where you are going and what to look for. Thanks!

You are close to my neck of the woods - we are about 50 miles west of Panama City( Destin area). It takes as long to fly(if not longer) to Orlando then it does to drive. We always drive down - leaving tomorrow!:D

It depends - last year was a short trip and we arrived on Wednesday and left on Sunday. The year is a big trip with family (11 of us total) and we arrive on Friday and leave on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

We were there over Labor Day weekend - we love Toledo! The menu online is pretty much what they have. The Dahlia Lounge adjacent to Toledo is a great lounge area and has a few additional tapas.

We have 11 of us going to Diamond Horseshoe - it serves the same menu as Liberty Tree Tavern. Can't wait for the family style Thanksgiving meal!

If I remember correctly from last year they did not extend ETPE past the 30 mins but the parks did open early. Pretty sure MK & AK opened at 8am so ETPE was 7:30am.
