Ladies, what shoes does your man wear when walking around Disney?

My husband is always in his Nike Air Max's. They are way more comfortable than wearing sandals, I would imagine.

WE just got back from Disneyland two weeks ago. Going again on October 19-23rd. So excited! Three more months. We listen to Pandora Disney music. Kind of dorky, but my kids and I love it. My husband rolls his eyes.

Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria at Downtown Disney

Napolini Express is next door to Naples. You can order anything from there that you can order from the menu at Naples. It's really fast, too.

    Mickey's Halloween Party

Got it. Yeah, I was hoping for an almost empty feeling. We just got back last week from a four day trip. I was pleasantly surprised that the crowds weren't terrible. I've seen it worse during weekends in the winter. Either way, I'll have a great time as it will be my first Halloween trip. Yay.

Where are you staying on your next Disneyland Trip and Why?

We are staying at the Grand Californian. Why? First of all, location. Secondly, we love the Downtown Disney Views. They are amazing. You can watch the world go by from your balcony and listen to live music. Very fun.

I was there last week too. We noticed the fireworks stopped right after starting. Did you ever hear what happened? I think it was last Wednesday.

    Disneyland Hotel vs. Paradise Pier

I completely agree with this answer. We stayed at the DLR last week and it was really really great. We paid for a standard view room and got the 9th floor and were able to see the fireworks from our room.

Help me decide - Napa Rose or Carthay Circle with WoC?

I'd love to the CCR for the World of Color! We ate there last week, for the first time, and loved it! I've never seen World of Color, so I'll have to give that a try next time.

Paint the Night Parade Epilepsy warning

traveln4fun, Sorry to hear what happened to your son. We were there last week, also, and saw the parade. It was amazing. However, I can definitely see how it could cause a siezure. So so so many lights! I wanted to ask you about the Jolly Holiday Bakery. I've never eaten there. Is there an upper...

    Blue Bayou versus Cafe Orleans?

We our BIG fans of the Blue Bayou. Blue Bayou you almost always need reservations for. I love the ambiance. If it's hot outside, it feels great because it's inside of the Pirates ride. So it's very cool. The food is the best in Disneyland, too. Cafe Orleans is great too, though.

    Soarin and TSMM wait times

Just got back from Disneyland all of last week. The time for Soarin was around 60 min, average, without the fast pass. With the fast pass, 15 min. It wasn't bad at all! Toy Story was well over an hour, most of our trip.

    Cafe Orleans or Carnation Cafe

Cafe Orleans. I love the ambiance of the New Orleans area. I also love their food. The food is not light, though. So maybe you might prefer the other. Although, they have salads, as well. If you sit outside, it's nice to people watch. Your husband would love their garlic fries. They are great!!
