Personally because of the CP when I went into interviews employers were very impressed that I was "Disney trained" because obviously Disney is one of the best companies when it comes to customer service. I believe my old job they even said Disney was the selling point to me being hired :)

Keep in mind the 20% is NOT for quick service location, so for example you can't get 20% off Dole Whip. The discount does apply at Downtown Disney QF locations though.
