    Groceries and Hotel Check-In

We have a very large party going to WDW later this year. Some are driving, staying at the beach then coming to WDW. They would like to go into the park when they arrive before their room is ready. They want to stop at the grocery on their way in from the beach and will have some groceries...

    Double or Two Single Strollers?

Last trip we took 2 umbrella strollers and bought the connectors. We were very lucky that we took two singles because the airline broke one of the wheels on the way to Orlando. If we had just a double we wouldn't have had anything because all of the stroller rental companies were sold out.

    Winners for Disney Flip Side

While I was trying to put the baby down for a nap today, the doorbell rang. I hoped it was FedEx delivering a winner's package. It was just our monthly order of baby wipes.

    "milking" baby swap

I agree with a PP said about FP lines being long and then not be able to ride because parent #1 didn't get off the ride until after the FP window closed. Without the baby swap pass, we both wouldn't have been able to ride Soarin' because the CM at the FP line didn't care that parent #1 stood in...

    Caribbean Beach FAQ part VI

No, I was just thinking of more room for us with two little ones running/crawling/playing around in the room. Also a little more space to store the stroller and luggage.

    Caribbean Beach FAQ part VI

I may be the only one to say this, but I don't want a room with queen beds. We'll be there with a 2 1/2 yo and a 7 month old and would prefer to have the floor space since we're predicting we'll split up and each have a kid in bed with us. I guess that during our honeymoon stay at WL when...

Anyone really familiar with bus stops in resorts?

We stayed at SSR in December with a 22 month old. We stayed closest to the first bus stop, but we could quickly walk to the last stop. Our daughter didn't have any trouble with the stops on the way out. On the way home it was nice to be the first stop. There were a couple of times we just...

    ***Official November 2014 thread***

We did a walk-up lunch for BOG the beginning of December. We headed there early (10:30ish), our only wait was waiting while people tried to figure out how to order their lunch. By the time we left, the line outside was quite long. The food was above average, but different than other QS meals...

    Tips for WDW with Toddlers

Have a loose schedule so that you don't waste too much time, but leaving room for the unexpected. The unexpected can be lots of different things, potty breaks, a short line at Peter Pan as you walk by, wanting to ride the Tea Cups again (and again), or a melt down. I came into the park with...

Favorite Christmas time photo op at WDW

We'll be there for the Christmas decorations this year with our daughter and I hope to be able to use a picture from our trip as our Christmas card. What is your favorite photo op at WDW during the holidays?

Heavier than Normal Crowds in Early Dec?

I'm optimistic... I think the larger crowds some are saying will be there are going to be DVC members (which are often APH). With that being said, yes resorts are going to be booked and ADR's may be hard to come by. Many DVC/APH go to the parks for ADR's and to do what they can and then spend...

    What to wear...

Make sure your shoes are good and worn, don't wear newish shoes. Wear the shoes you plan to take now and break them in.

time/schedule non napping toddler in wdw......help???

We're in the same boat, DD will be 22 months during our visit in December and fights sleep. I don't know if it will be best to find a quite place at the park or head back to the resort. My thought is that we head to the parks early since DD is an early riser. I don't know how my DH will...

    Park Ticket Expiration

No, there isn't an expiration from the purchase date. Many people purchase tickets for future trips when they hear of a price increase.

What to pack in carry on?

I would put the toiletries in the checked bag, that's one less thing to have to worry about while going through security. Maybe have the kids keep their shoes and toothbrushes (they won't have to be in a separate bag at security) in their carry on. I always worry about my luggage getting lost...

When you first see the castle in the morning, how do you feel?

I too get misty eyed. We're taking DD for the first time later this year and I know I'll be sobbing when she first sees the castle. Now I'm trying to figure out if we should get breakfast ADR for the first day we're there @ MK or let her get the full experience with the people, sounds, smells...

Disney trip with a 2 year old....

Our DD will be 21.5 months when we go in December. I'm doing as much research as possible, but will also be ready to play it by ear with DD. We'll try to mix up shows and rides, but will know where the play areas are to let her get out and explore too. We are taking our own stroller and hope...

What Disney Tip Are you really glad you listened to?

I'm going to try the back of the car seat organizer for the stroller. Hopefully, this will allow us to easily grab needed items. There is one that has a detachable section that should be good for diapers and wipes. Does anyone else have good tips for visiting WDW with small children?

Adding days/hopper option to my ticket and other questions?

I'd like to piggy back of the OP question... If you add days, are they at the single day price or the difference between the seven and five day tickets? Isn't the cost of adding hopper $57 no matter how many days?
