I booked on Disney website. I‘m guessing they were able to add to my reservation because I wasn‘t able to book for the number on my resort reservation. Sorry you‘re having trouble. Didn’t post to make anyone mad. Only to give my experience & maybe it could help someone.

I would call again. I have cash reservation for 7 and could only reserve 5 for moonlight magic 7/14. After almost 2 hour wait, supervisor manually added 2 more to my reservation. Was told I should receive email in few days since it was manually updated.

Yes. I have 2x in past few weeks. Sometimes not available so just keep checking. I bought mine w/$25 GC's I earned from swagbucks. I used 1 GC each time & paid rest with my red card & got the $50 disney card for $47.50. Free shipping too.

Same at my SAMs - no price label on hanger - I had to take to register to get price. I was happy to hear the price was better than the target red card discounted price of $47.50.

I bought our 4 & 5 yr old daughters a few stuffed animals. Medium sized Simba, Doc McStuffins & 1 or 2 others. I believe price on those were about $16.95. Also bought ears hair bands or ear hats for all 5 kids. Prices were right around $15. This was in Feb 2013.

Same for us! 1st family trip Feb 2013 - saving now to return Feb 2014. Probably POR - but will dream for WL. It Will be our 20 yr anniversary next year & we stayed there as part of our Honeymoon. If we can swing it, we'd love to stay there but this time will have 5 kids with us!

I did & for same reason. I just called & told them I would pay within the next week & they noted on reservation. I got a late notice but that was it.

My 3, 5yr old twins, 9 & 11 yr olds LOVED IT! We all did. Kids still talk about it at least once a day & we have been back for over a month. Food was yummy too. Best part was my husband was asked to go on stage. A great time.
