I'm using them for a trip in October. Everything has gone great so far. The email replies when I have any questions or concerns have been very prompt and helpful. The only negative is we have to wait until October to go to Disney :thumbsup2

Anyone have any good recomendations on a good room request for the BWV in a studio garden/pool room? Never stayed there before and am hoping for a good view with a balcony. Not worried about being close to the elevator just want a nice view. Thanks!

New to the boards, we will be down at the BWV 10/17-10/27. First time staying deluxe and during MNSSHP and F&W can't wait!!!
