Hey, I just booked through WDW with Virgin PE flights too. I just called Virgin once I was booked, they found my flight details with surname/DOB, and was able to book my seats over phone. They also gave me the details to log in online/on the app to book/change my seats on there. :)

I've been twice. The first time 2 years ago I loved it. However this year, we just did not enjoy it. I think there was just a lack of choice compared to the previous time. Won't be booking it again.

I've just been to BOG tonight. Arrives 15 minutes before our reservation and it took 20 minutes to get us checked in because of a queue and having only one person doing the job (who didn't seem to be in any hurry) it was now past our reservation time but we still wasn't seated straight away...
