I wanted to let you know that I spoke with Ken Price at Vacations Upgrades and wow what a wonderful owner to rent from. He has refunded the 12$ a night and is in the process of contacting all his current renters to do a refund for them as well since they will go by their word, you will not pay...

WE loved it, the water park is great, when we were there it was cold mind you but by the second trip it had warmed up. We were going to stay again but have decided to try bonnet creek instead. I believe the drive to down town Disney is 6 miles, took about 15 -20 or so

Thanks and yes we have stayed at a condo before, that is one of the reason it is on there, however the place is very full and only one or two condo's come up at a time if they are released, so far only one but it is prob booked now. It also has received quite bad reviews these past few weeks...
