I posted earlier that I finally got past the busy and then "All Circuits Busy" message at 11:00 and have been on hold for almost 6 1/2 hours now... Someone answered about an hour into it my wait and told me that she couldn't do anything and transferred me... THIS IS RIDICULOUS! The clients...

I got the "All circuits busy" message from 6:55 this morning until 7:30... then busy signal until about 11:00 and now it has been over 3 1/2 hours since I "got through" - and have been waiting for an answer... No idea how long I will have to wait, but I can't believe it is taking this long...

3 1/2 hours but worth every minute... room only discount on the POR garden view that was reserved for 10 days saved almost $475. Great savings in my opinion. Have a magical day everyone!

We had to change the dates of our trip because the airfare was much less expensive to fly in on July 30th than to go out that following weekend so we shifted by a few days... we are in POR from 7/30 to 8/6... still hoping for a promotion or discount, but we did book DDP as well for this trip...
