Cat. 4E or 4C on the Dream?

Just got off the Dream Thursday and stayed in a 4C on 7-- very spacious room- has the split bath and the round bathtub/shower. Room seemed a little larger than my family members who were staying in a 4E. Sleeping arangements are the queen bed, fold down couch, fold down "bunk" above the couch...

    Wastes of Space

Maybe I'm the only one, but I think part of the reason I love disney so much is the tradition of some of the older attractions. I would hate to see everything be completely modernized.... That being said, I agree with a PP on the fact that there are some attractions/areas that are not...

    Pick a restaurant...

I would chose O'hana for dinner. The food is delicious (minus the cold noodles yuck) and they serve you a lot of food. Definitely worth the money. Plus it is a fun atmosphere, and the Poly is a beautiful resort!

Favorite/Best food at CS in the World Showcase?

Love La Cantina! The nachos are great and the taco's are good too. I loved the salsa. The only problem here is seating- it is hard to find an open table. ... with that being said, I have never gotten a bad meal at any WS QS. I usually "eat around the world".

    Ohana vs chef mickeys?

I know a lot of people have mixed feelings about Chef Mickey's here on the boards. Personally- it was one of the worst Dining Experiences I have ever had at Disney. Atmosphere, food, everything. On the other hand I have read reviews that rave about how great Chef Mickey's was, so maybe it was...

Someone please tell us where to eat!

You really can't go wrong with anything in Epcot-- depending on you and your party's preferences on food. In DHS I love 50's Prime Time- the food is nothing crazy, soups sandwiches, and "homestyle" cooking- but it is a fun experience! And the desserts/Milkshakes are great :thumbsup2

Taking the plunge... not hopping during Dec trip... YIKES!!!

I have done week long trips with and without hopping. In Dec 2009 the package I booked was with straight tickets, no hopping allowed. It is possible to have an enjoyable vacation at the parks without the hopping option. There were times I wished we could hop, but we were able to do everything we...

Motion Sickness Symptoms, Prevention & Remedies

I get mild motion sickness (dizzy feeling and lightheaded, with mild nausea) Bonine has worked great for me, and has not left me feeling drowsy (generally if drowsiness is a side effect I feel it) I have taken it the morning of embarkation and it works pretty well. Generally it is just the first...

    Ready to Drink Cocktails

Ready to drink cocktails are a great idea for the cruise- less bottles to bring! Some of my favorites are the Chi-Chi's "skinny" margarita (the skinny has less calories, but I like it for the fact that it is less sugary tasting and has less of a syrupy taste). In addition (though a little more...

    February cruise

Late January cruise in 2008 warm (upper 70s) during the day, and chilly on deck at night. The water at CC was chilly, but we still snorkeled and swam. February is documented as the driest, so usually no rain and sun :cool1:
