Looking around, it seems the rides that opened delayed are MMRR (9:45), Frozen (10:45), Soarin (11:00), and Splash (9:00). Other rides are confirmed to have started much earlier, so it could just be regular maintenance that hung them up.

It looks as though Oga's is just maintaining a steady 8pm close no matter what the park hours are. Disney could always extend park hours, but I don't think Oga's being open until 8pm would be an indication of that.

I hope I'm wrong, but I think Disney is just scheduling November for the "worst case" scenario, and they'd rather add more hours/ADRs/performances as things improve than take them away if things don't.

I'm taking a bit of a leap here, but... The last rumors I read were that initially, MK, HS, and AK would reopen, but Epcot would remain closed until later phases of the reopening. Hours would be reduced and no evening performances (fireworks, etc) would run. Just looking at ADR availability...

Definitely make it the first reservation you check. Getting a brunch reservation at 180+1 isn't guaranteed.

The in-park dining availability doesn't seem normal to me. We're a couple days away from Nov 1 falling in the normal 180 day window, though, so hopefully things start to firm up. I don't really understand why they would be using November as some sort of cutoff date, but we're in uncharted...

You could just rebook a new reservation for the larger group, and MDE should identify that it will conflict with the old one and offer you to choose between the two. Your old reservation would be held until the new one is confirmed.
