This will be my first year attending the expo as well. We're only going the first day though. While it may be better to do all three, atleast this way we get a feel for the expo and what to expect next time around. Those of you who have been to the previous expos, what type of "game plan" do...

Also something to consider, when we salled that Ramada to book a room for next month, they said they are opening one (maybe two?) brand new buildings. So you could be getting a fairly new room so you won't have to worry about anything being outdated or anything.

There's almost always discounts just depends in how much of a discount. Do you have a pass and time frame in mind? I can look to see what the rates for that time this year would be with a premium ap if you'd like.

That's a great plan. The morning should be pretty nice. I don't think it'll start to get too crowded till the afternoon.

I would use your MM for Carsland and Fantasyland like you said. Just make sure you take time to go back and see Carsland lit up at night! It's amazing.

I doubt we'll get any more info until a couple of weeks before. Maybe not even till the Friday before seeing as that's how early they're announcing most LTM events.

Only one pass type is blocked for the summer starting the next day so that doesn't concern me too much. I wouldn't expect it to be too bad, maybe from 5pm-whenever the grad night kids are put in DCA for the night it'll be a little more crowded but most people have work.

I always recommend people take advantage if the free water you can get at quick service restaurants. Buying water bottles all day or being in search of fountains is a pain. With QS you can get ice cold water and then you can add your own drink mixes or just have it plain. Also, Coke Corner has...

I was there the 17-18 and didn't think it was that bad on the 17th. I've definitely seen it busier and on days where there wasn't anything going on.

There is a grad night and it'll probably be relatively busy due to the start if summer season.
