Does anyone know if RCCL has a separate phone number and/or e-mail address for Star Class guests, the way Disney has for concierge guests?

I’ve heard rumors that you can request fried chicken be added to your skillet at the Trails End dinner now. Also, I have heard that ribs can be added but there is an up charge of $9.00. Has anyone been recently that can confirm this, and if so, is there an up charge for the chicken too? TIA

The last 3 visits we have used online check in, and all three have had issues. Once, we just never got the notice that the room was ready, so we had to end up going to the front desk upon arrival anyway. The room was ready, but we had just not been notified. The other 2 instances, our room...

I do not know the answer to that question. We are sailing concierge, so I am just relaying what Shoreside Concierge has told me. I don't have any information otherwise. I'm sorry.

my understanding from Shoreside Concierge is that the one you currently have stays in place for one of the stops, but new requests will have to be made for cabanas on the 2nd stop.

I actually wondered if this is why they bumped up PAT's for the next couple of Dream cruises. Possibly they saw that all or almost all of the cruisers were vaccinated, and that they would not need as much testing time in port Canaveral.

Just chiming in to follow this thread. I’m sailing in Sept on the Fantasy is Concierge, and just curious as to the experience so far on the Dream.

Has anyone booked on the Fantasy in early Sept been able to start online check in yet? We are booked in late Sept. and was just wondering.

I thought the Fantasy was supposed to have its first test sailing yesterday, 7/26. Did that change? It never left Port Canaveral yesterday.

I know it has been speculated but nothing official released about cancelling February cruises. However, has anyone else gone onto their cruise account and see that the February cruise they had booked is no longer listed? I went in this morning because today was opening day to book excursions...

We just tried to reschedule our 4/4 cruise on the Fantasy, and were told we could not at this time because notice was about to go out to cruises through 4/12 of their options due to cancellation. We had to wait until we had been given our official options through Disney.

We are in the same situation as most everyone else on here. We are on the 4/3 sailing of the Fantasy. At this point we are still a "go", but obviously, monitoring the situation, and may change mind over the next 2-3 weeks depending on how the situation changes. We are driving to port as well...

Wow..let’s hope they get that process streamlined a little better, if that’s what caused it.
