    Exercise rooms and age limits

My daughter went with Vibe on the second night I think, and it was on the schedule so she just went all the other nights too. We had late dinner, so she'd leave dinner and just go directly there. Sometimes other Vibe kids were there, sometimes not. No one ever said a word to her, and in fact...

    Chase Disney Rewards Visa

To get the Visa credit of $50, it has to be coded that way when you make the reservation, so that's how they know. Only one code is allowed, so if you are getting any other discount (FLA, Military) you can't get it. You do still get the 6 month no interest though, for whatever you charge as a...

Disney Visa or JetBlue Rewards Card???

If you carry a balance on ANY of these cards, it negates the points earned. The interest on any Chase or other rewards cards are in the double digits so two months with interest charges will often be $50 or more (most cards have 60 'average balance' interest if balance is not paid in full)...

Cost of a couples pass for Rainforest on Panama Canal Cruise

When I went last year, they sold them as 'week 1' and 'week 2' and it was about $149/wk (I think). I had 6 individual passes, and had to pick the days I wanted to use them on the first day. Well, it was PACKED and I was able to get a refund because I didn't find it fun at all whereas I had...

Taking food off ship on port days ??

At several of the stops, the port is right in the town/city and there are grocery stores or delis near the dock. You could send a search party out for picnic supplies (but don't bring them back on the ship).

    Passport stamp in Mexico

I've heard it is really hard to get a stamp (by sea) in Mexico. In Nassau, Bahamas, it is really easy. It's the building through the 'security' gate near the port. The first time we went to CC, we left our passports with guest services and they were stamped for us (it is also a Bahamas...

    Cruising out of Miami

There are some hotels near the airport and just outside downtown Miami that have shuttles for about $10/pp, but a taxi from any downtown hotel will only be about $15-20. Also, the shuttles will not get you to the port for the earliest PAT as they are the shuttles that pick up those just getting...

    Cruise with Teenagers

You can go and 'swap' the keys to open the door you want.

Strange question--board then join later family for boarding pic?

You cannot get off once you are on. It is like going back through security at an airport, and you'd have to have a new boarding pass, re-check in, re-check passports. Think what would happen if many people wanted to do this, come and go, retake pictures, retrieve stuff from the car. Chaos.

18 people in Summer of 2015 questions

You are talking about $30k plus in $50 gift cards? That's a lot of trouble. I say go with Costco and just pay.

Pin trading for kids - Dream

There is the special pin trading night with the officers in the main lobby. There is also a pin kiosk and most nights at about 7 one of the cast members is there trading, by the WD theater. All the cast members in the shops have lanyards and will trade at any time. Most of the cast members...

    Does DCL Ever Discount

All the time. They run specials like Kids Sale Free, Florida residents, military, but there are also sales, usually inside the 75 days before sailing, where a category is discounted but you give up picking your cabin.

    "Copy of passport"

The copy is only for the information. The embassy or consulate would have to pull up your passport and either issue a new one or a duplicate. If you were injured and needed to stay, you'd contact Disney and they would bring you the originals from your safe.

Officer Pin Trading on 3 Day Cruise

The adults definitely participate and so do the officers and crew! One officer was trading and mentioned he was looking for a certain 'alphabet' set, and I brought him an Iago. He was pretty happy and slipped that one right into his pocket. I've seen the crew in the shops do it too. Another...

Bring your own sharpies. Bring it to g.s. when you can on the first day. Sometimes the lines are long when you first board.

    Miami guestions

You can stay in Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. You can take a shuttle ($13-15pp) from FLL or from a Ft. Lauderdale hotel to the port of Miami or to a Miami hotel, but you cannot get a shuttle from Ft. L to the Miami airport. If you stay in Ft. Lauderdale, take a shuttle (free or pay) to your Ft. L...

passport for a child age 2

Your daughter will become a US citizen under the Child Citizenship Act of 2001 as soon as she enters the US. You can prove this by the "A" number stamped in her passport, along with her 'ID' (birth certificate, adoption papers). HOWEVER, not all customs agents know this and I really doubt the...

    Complicated DCL Transportation Dilemma

I think you should try other codes for Hertz or another rental company. Most don't have a fee any more for dropping it at another location. You could only get a Disney shuttle back to the airport or to a resort the morning you get off the ship. It sounds like you want to return the car back...
