It took us just about an hour. We had the 8:05 seating and were seated right away. They would not let us in the gates very early though:( I think it was just about 8 before we were let in, we pretty much ran to the castle, stopping for one picture.

We took our BOB it wasn't a problem at all. Of course, I didn't deal with the stroller, DH did, while I dealt with the kids. I love our BOB though and wouldn't have gone without it.

They do have a kids option of macaroni and cheese so maybe you could get that? It is on the menu and I saw other kids with it, but they wouldn't bring it for ds:rolleyes2 I am not really sure why, I asked the waitress and she kind of just ignored me. But I know it is an option.

I loved the pre-packaged grapes in our food court. I got those as my dessert every time I could, but I am sure you could get them as a snack too.
