If your kids are picky eaters like mine, I'd pack for the kids. I bring Uncrustables along with snacks into the parks. Hubby and I will order our lunch at a QS and get drinks for kids. It works for us because my DD is a bit of a grazer. She doesn't eat much at one sitting.

I don't think that there is a pattern to Disney excersizing ROFR. It just depends on need. If there are people ready to buy through Disney that want a particular home resort, in this case BLT, they will buy it at the lower price to sell it at current prices. That's why I don't understand why...
