Wouldn't it be cool if they had all Disney movies 'on demand' in your room!

Yeah, I can see that point. But I know that when we're there we won't spend valuable theme park time staying in the room watching the movies we bring. We really just watch them while getting ready in the morning and after we come in from the parks at night (before bed). I just can't imagine...

Wouldn't it be cool if they had all Disney movies 'on demand' in your room!

It would be so neat if you could order any Disney movie ever made off your tv in your room (even Wonderful World of Disney movies)! I wonder if Walt Disney World would ever offer them in sort of an 'on demand' format. Surely it would be profitable for them? This trip I'm taking a DVD player...

nevermind - just saw related thread

My sister-in-law and her family are planning 1st family trip to WDW. They are wanting to stay at the Contemporary, but want to swim some in the Storm-along Bay pool at Yacht and Beach Club. I told her I didn't think it was allowed, but I wasn't sure. Are you allowed to swim at a different...

Will we be able to get on Star Tours?

What have the wait times been like since the new 'Star Tours' reopened? We are going the 1st week of December so the wait times in general shouldn't be as long. What have the stand-by wait times been? ~ and~ Will we be able to even get a fastpass or do they run out pretty early...

question about the tv's at the Yacht Club

Are the tv's in the 'standard' rooms at the Yacht Club resort set up to where you can hook up a little dvd player to them? My husband likes to watch movies and I want to bring some old Disney movies to watch late at night.

Lots of people seem to dislike (blank), but I like it!

the Gran Fiesta Tour in the Mexico Pavillion. I can't help it! I just love the Three Cabelleros movie!! I've watched it about six times this year already. (I know I'm weird) LOL!

what was the name of this IOA restaurant?

Does anybody remember the name of the little cave restaurant at IOA that closed? It's not Mythos, but there was another smaller one that was darker and it served appetizers and beer and such. It must have closed pretty recently. We looked and looked for it at IOA on our trip a few weeks...

Anybody checked out Epcot's tequila cave?

We were there in early Dec. It is a really neat little atmosphere and a cool looking place to relax and have a drink. They do only have tequila based drinks and they are very authentically made. I had a blood orange margarita on the rocks but I didn't like it because it was way too strong...

Why don't Disney resorts have pay-per-view movies?

Hi, We were at WDW early Dec. and stayed at Beach Club. We normally stay at the Dolphin. I couldn't for the life of me, figure out why the Disney resorts don't provide the pay-per-view movies on the tvs in the rooms. From a profit standpoint, it doesn't make sense to me. My husband...

need help finding a with a wine in Epcot Germany

Hi! We just got back from our annual trip to WDW last weekend (boo-hoo):( We loved all the Christmas decor! While in Epcot, we visited the Weinkeller shop and they had a red wine on display. I bought a glass of it and it was just divine! It was almost like a red wine with cider in it and...

Are the rooms bigger at Beach Club or Dolphin?

We normally stay at Swan or Dolphin, but they were booked up this year for the week after Thanksgiving, so I booked a room at the Beach Club. I've never been in the Beach Club rooms. Does anyone know if they are bigger or smaller than the rooms at Swan/Dolphin?

    Sci-Fi or 50's PTC?

I would try the Sci-Fi Dine In. If you like to try new places anyway, it just has a really cool atmosphere. Yes, the food is average, but it's worth doing at least once just for the atmosphere. Kids will definitely like it!! We've done it about 3 times just because it's so cool looking...

Is 1st wk. of Dec. still a good time to go?

Hi! Just wondering if the !st week of Dec. is still a good time to go to Disney and are the crowds still light during that time? We usually go late Jan. / early Feb. which has always been great and not big crowds. How does 1st wk. of Dec. compare with the crowds of late Jan./ early Feb...

    Pleasure Island Closing Night Clubs

~~Scurvy~~ Yeah, I'm all for places like the Adventurer's Club staying open. I like those creative type places where you can get a drink or maybe a low key nice piano type bar. I just don't like the loud rowdy meat-market type clubs. The Adventurers Club sounds great though. I didn't know...

    Pleasure Island Closing Night Clubs

That's okay with me. I never go to the nightclubs. I think it's more for the college age party kids. When I go to Disney, I go to have a magical Disney time (not a drunken party time). I can go to a bar or club in my home town if I want (which I don't).

What does everyone think of Mission Space?

I'm not crazy about it. It's a little too disorienting and kind of makes me nauseous. My fiance loves it though.
