Well I am only down about .5 this week, but that is good for me since I have not been able to exercise at all! In fact, I have barely been able to get out of bed! I have a terrible cold that has really knocked me off my feet, and I figured if I can't breathe sitting here in front of my computer...

I should really stick to only weighing myself on my weigh in day. I too really fluctuate in weight depending on the time of day it is, etc, as much as 5 pounds a day! So I try just to stick to my "official weigh-in" numbers, which come on Wednesday morning before school :D
