Oct. 31st. halloween night every year.. I printed out my tickets and express passes yesterday!! :yay: I have been going to HHN's every year since the year 2000 :)
I went on Halloween night. it was my 13th year of attending. maybe its because I'm not as scared as I used to be, but I found it to be very lame this year. nothing stood out as being special or scary. thank goodness we didn't have a problem with the smokers, but there was a lot of obnoxious...
I see. I've never been that "into" the story enough to know all the details about HP. I had to ask why they were calling us muggles (sp?)
I would have totally bought a shirt with Gary Oldman on it if I had seen one. :)
I don't get what it means. :confused3 isn't it like an insult to Harry Potter? I don't think I would want to wear something like that over at the WWOHP. some little kid might throw gum in my hair. or worse. my DH calls Harry Potter Harry Potty. I had to keep reminding him to keep it to himself...
My DH came thisclose to throwing up on FJ. he was as green as the Grinch when we got off and said he wouldn't ride again. EVER. but we went back the next day and he rode it again and loved it.
That walked up to me and DH at HHN's (Wed. the 28th) and ask if we wanted his two express passes to the houses. they hadn't been used and were in lanyards too :)
What a nice thing to do! :littleangel: young man, I didn't get your name, but we really appreciated the kind gesture. I don't know...
I agree. and IMO, the scare zones get weaker every year. (yawn)
I don't do B & T either. its stupid.
since DH is a magician we enjoyed seeing Brian B. but we already knew how all the illusions were done so it was kinda lame.
GLAD ROCKY HORROR WAS GONE! (for good I hope!!) :hippie:
I have to disagree. the lines were long. very long. maybe not as long as they are on weekends, but still too long to wait without EP's. from what I saw the lines were longer than I have ever seen in all my 11 yrs of HHN's. (I avoid weekends) I just don't see how anybody without express could...
I couldn't imagine waiting in those long lines we saw as we breezed our way through with express passes. they are a must. I won't go without them anymore.
I was there Wed. night with my DH. it was his first visit. had a pretty good time and saw everything quickly with express passes. at one point I got to lead the way through one of the houses and that was fun not having anyone in front of me. :)
I LOVED the Forbidden Journey ride! IMO, its...
My husband does fine with rides like Spiderman, the Simpsons, Soarin, etc.. but when we rode FJ he said he almost puked while ON the ride. he didn't say anything until I ask why he looked so green.
Star Tours made me nauseous, but FJ didn't.
No, I haven't heard of that one but if I lived in the area or had more time in Florida, I would TOTALLY do that. :thumbsup2
It would be nice if Universal would have one of those.
